Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that now vide Letter Dated 21.08.2025, he has been informed by the official that balance amount has already been paid.

Further, the University vide Annexure-C has informed that Rs.20 Lakhs has already been disbursed in favour of the petitioner in his State Bank of India, PBB Dhanbad. This chart was prepared by the I/C Registrar of the University.

The Treasury will ensure release of the aforesaid amount in favour of the petitioner Dr. Birendra Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid affidavit, I am of the opinion that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Thus, this writ petition is
disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if the amount is yet not been credited, he may approach the Treasury or the University immediately.
