Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioners have prayed following main reliefs:- "a. issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to provide liberty of life to the petitioners and direct to the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioners as they have major and they are live-in-relationship. b. issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 and 3 to provide protection/ security to the petitioners from Respondent nos.4 as they are living their life happily together as live-in-relationship." 4. At the very outset, learned AGA has produced a copy of instructions letter dated 01.09.2025, the same is taken on record. 5. As per the aforesaid instructions, after registering NCR, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed.
