The amount of gratuity and leave encashment payable to the petitioner is reflected in the gratuity sanction order and leave encashment sanction order, dated 04.06.2025 appended along-with present petition as Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-4. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- Corporation does not intend to file any response to the present petition. 3.
