In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that an order dated 25.04.2025 has been passed deciding the representation of the applicants. The order dated 25.04.2025 has also been annexed with the affidavit. Through the order dated 25.04.2025, orders have been passed to shift the electricity poles after due payment by the applicants. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. In case, the applicants have any grievance with the order dated 25.04.2025, the applicants have the remedy to challenge the said order on merits before appropriate forum.
