Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record computation sheet dated 28.04.2025 and on that basis submits that benefits to the petitioner have been released. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that benefits in terms of the judgment in question has been released to the petitioner, however, interest on account of delayed payment of the financial benefit has still not been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents admits the above fact and submits that the interest part would be paid to the petitioner in terms of the judgment in question within two weeks.
