The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s): “It is, therefore, humbly prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to order as to quash the FIR bearing no.0468/2024 registered at P.S. Bemetara dated 13/09/2024 (Annexure P-1) registered against the petitioner for the alleged offences under section 296, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. by the Thana Incharage of the Police Station, Thana Bemetara District Bemetara, C.G. on the basis of the false complaint lodged by Respondent number 4, registered against the petitioner, by allowing this petition in ends of justice. 3. The case is listed under the “Office Notes” as there are several defects in the petition pointed out by the Registry, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with several defects, to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file afresh petition. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5.
