Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.173 of 2023, under Section 352, 302, 504, 506 IPC & Section 4/25 of Arms Act, P.S. Indira Nagar, District Lucknow. 3. It is argued that the co-accused with similar allegation was enlarged on bail vide order dated 26.11.2025 passed in Bail Application No.5692 of 2024. 4. As the allegations are similar to the said co-accused who has been enlarged on bail, the applicant who has no previous criminal antecedents prior to the offence, he is entitled for the bail on the ground of parity. The bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Babu be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Neeraj Tewari, Anand Singh Pawar, Devesh Kumar Mishra, Gauri Suwan Pandey, Harish Chandra, Mratunjay Singh, Rajesh Kumar Singh, Shashank Pandey, Tauqueer Alam Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
