Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nawin Kr. Singh, learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar P.S. Case No. 232/2025. The daughter of the informant was suspected to have been abducted. It appears that the victim in her statement had disclosed that she was having a love affair with the petitioner. Although it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been compromised between the parties but irrespective of the said compromise on account of the statement of the victim which indicates that she was having a lover affair with the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. at Deoghar in connection with Deoghar P.S.
