This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that originally bail was granted to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Trial Court on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until completion of Trial. Subsequently, the said condition has been modified, and now, the petitioner is signing before the Viayampattai Police Station, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 22100 of 2025 Trichy, on second and fourth sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m. Since the petitioner is unable to join any permanent job to eke out his livelihood, he is seeking relaxation of the condition. 3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that except the official witnesses, all other witnesses have been examined. Hence, he has no serious objection for relaxation of the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month and on all the hearing dates fixed by the Trial Court. 4. Considering the said submission and the fact that trial has already commenced, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trail Court on the first working day of every month and on all the hearing dates fixed by the Trial Court without any default. 5.
