Petitioner’s case is that he had worked for 11 years on daily wage basis and 9 years & 9 months on regular basis. He preferred a representation on 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2 seeking pension in light of law laid down in Sunder Singh Versus The State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors.1. and Balo Devi & Ors. vs. 1Civil Appeal No. 6309 of 2017 decided on 08.03.2018. -2- State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors.2. However, the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law and in light of aforesaid judgments within a period of six weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
