ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAUMS declaring the inaction of the Respondents No.2 and 3 not registering FIR and couldn't conduct investigation on complaint send by the petitioner through registered post Dt.05.07.2019 as arbitrary, illegal and violation of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair investigation without yielding political pressures as per section 36 Cr.P.C. and pass…”
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police registered a case in Crime No.48 of 2019 of KVB Puram Police Station, Chittoor District, for the offence under Sections 352, 323, 506 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s), (3)(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act on 07.09.2019 and investigated into the case. 3. The writ petition is filed alleging that police did not register the case, basing on the report of the writ petitioner. Now, the instructions of learned Assistant Government Pleader would disclose that police already registered a case and investigated into the case. Nothing remains for further adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
