Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.297 of 2022, under Section 302, 201 IPC, P.S. Rampur Kala, District Sitapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that main accused Pankaj Maurya @ Pankaj Kumar was enlarged on bail vide order dated 10.11.2025. Co-accused was assigned role similar to the applicant and was enlarged on bail vide order dated 03.12.2025. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the nature of the allegations against the applicant to be similar to the co-accused who was enlarged on bail on 03.12.2025 and the applicant having criminal antecedents of one minor offence and being in custody since 22.11.2022 and adopting the same reasoning, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Ram Jeewan be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mohd.
