Heard Shri Gyanesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed inter alia, praying therein for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit/allow petitioner to operate and run the business of meat and meat products pursuant to license No. 12725067000005 valid upto 18.01.2026 (as contained in Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition). (ii) To issue an order or direction restraining Respondents from creating any disturbance/hindrance in functioning of business/shop of meant and meat products registered on the license No. 12725067000005." 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents submits that they are not interfering in the functioning of the petitioner's meat shop. He submits that certain directions were given to the petitioner with regard to covering of the vehicle by which transportation of meat was taking place. 4. In our view, the petitioner should comply with the said directions and if the petitioner does comply with the said directions, the authorities should not interfere or cause disturbance/hindrance in the functioning of the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Gyanesh Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
