Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs :- "1) A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite party No.2 to take a decision on resolutions dated 06.04.2023 and 30.09.2025 passed by the Opposite Party No.3. contained as Annexure No.1 & 2 to this Writ Petition. ii) A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite party No.2 to approve the petitioner's signature as officiating secretary of the Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Ltd. Kothi. Block-Siddhaur, District Barabanki. " After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the opposite party no. 2/Assistant Commissioner & Assistant Registrar Cooperative,District-Barabanki, and the opposite party no. 2 may be directed to consider and decide the same within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the same. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case,the petitioner is given liberty to move a fresh representation, while Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ram Kumar Singh, Pawan Kumar Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
