The matter comes up on misc. application seeking correction in the subject matter of the Writ Petition bearing No.12634/2020 decided by this Court vide order dated 17.05.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the advertisement in question was issued for appointment on the post of Assistant Radiographer as well as for Lab Technician, but due to [2025:RJ-JP:573] (2 of 2) [WMAP-116/2023] typographical error on the part of the petitioner/counsel for the petitioner, the word “Assistant Radiographer” was not mentioned in the subject matter of the writ petition and the word “Lab Technician” only was mentioned. 3. Learned counsel submits that the above inadvertent mistake may kindly be rectified and the amended subject matter be taken on the record. 4. For the reasons stated therein, the instant misc. application stands disposed of. 5. The amended cause title is taken on the record with correct subject matter.
