On the last date fixed, this Court has passed the following order:- "1. The present contempt application has been preferred for non compliance of judgement and order dated 11.12.2023 passed in Writ-C No.10673 of 2023, whereby the writ court has directed the Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority to consider and decide the representation of the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order. 2. Compliance affidavit on behalf of the respondent has been filed on 22.07.2024 enclosing therein the decision dated 10.07.2024 taken on the representation of the applicant. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant on previous date prayed for and was granted three weeks time to file objections against the compliance affidavit and matter was directed to be listed in the week commencing 25.11.2024. The case was listed on 26.11.2024 and on that date it was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the applicant and till date no objection has been filed against compliance affidavit. 4. Today when the matter was taken up, it is reported that learned counsel for the applicant has sent illness slip. 5. List this case on 20.12.2024 in top ten cases. On that date, appropriate order may be passed and the matter will not be adjourned." Neither the learned counsel for the applicant is present nor any request has been made on his behalf for adjournment of the case . However, learned counsel for the respondent is present. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that objection against Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Rakesh Chandra Rastogi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Ratnesh Chandra Smt. Jyoti Kalani .....Applicant(s) Dr. Indra Mani Tripathi Vice-Chairman Development Authority Head Office Lko .....Opposite Party(s) the compliance affidavit has also not been filed in between on behalf of the applicant.
