The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent paid the difference of gratuity amount along with 6% interest to the petitioner. He also produced the payment details in the proceeding dated 08.10.2025, before this Court. 3. Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
