The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs: 2 (a) that, the Hon’ble court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 to 6 to initiate action as to initiate action for removing the encroachment as done by respondent no. 7 to 9 over the govt. land adjoining to the diverted plot of the petitioner bearing Khasra No. 662 situated at Smriti Nagar, Bhilai Durg, Chhattisgarh. (b) that , the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue the writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 and 3 to initiate action against the respondent no. 4 to 6 for facilitating the respondent no. 7 to 9 in encroaching the government land inspite of having knowledge that the respondent no. 7 to 9 have encroached over the Govt. land and running business by creating obstructions/barriers in entering in the plot of the petitioner. (c) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble court thinks fit and proper in the favor of the petitioner may kindly be passed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the present petition. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that the counsel for the petitioner has not provided the advance copy of the instant petition in advance. 4. On perusal of the prayer in the present petition, it transpires that the the petitioner is a third party and there is no locus standi. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain the present petition with such vague and sketchy prayer. Further counsel for the petitioner has not submitted any advance copy of the petition to the counsel for the State/respondents. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and is accordingly disposed of. sd/- (Arvind Kumar Verma) alfiza Judge
