Applicants have approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the charge sheet dated 7.4.2025 as well as summoning order dated 22.7.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Sitapur in Criminal Case No. 25077 of 2025, titled State Vs. Jalaluddin and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 69 of 2023, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 126(2), 117(2) B.N.S., Police Station Ataria, Dsitrict Sitapur and the entire proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants does not press this application and prays for withdrawal with liberty to raise all these issues and grounds before the trial court at an appropriate stage during trial.
