Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition, he has been compulsorily retired by way of punishment which is subject matter of challenge in another writ petition. She wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to get it revived in case challenge to the order of punishment of compulsory retirement succeeds. The prayer is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
