In this application, the petitioner has prayed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 06.04.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(Cr.) No. 51 of 2018. It appears that the petitioner was directed to file a representation before the Superintendent of Police, City, Ranchi with respect to his grievance of protecting the life and property as he was being criminally intimidated by the respondent nos. 6 to 8 in the writ application. A show-cause which has been filed by the concerned opposite party reveals that sufficient steps have been taken in compliance of the order dated 06.04.2018 passed in W.P.(Cr.) No. 51 of 2018.
