Kotharu Vijayeswari, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioners is against the inaction on the part of the respondents in correcting and updating the revenue records relating to the lands over an extent of Ac.9.67 in Sy.Nos.324-2A1, 324-2A2, 296-4A, 296-4B, 296-4C, 296-4D and 296-4E in Konduru Village, Lepakshi Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District, by deleting the erroneous entry “Assigned Land made Freehold” in Column No.6 of the online Adangal/1B and consequently sought for a direction to make a necessary entry in the patta land in accordance with the report dated 17.10.2025 of the 3rd respondent. 3. The 3rd respondent-Tahsildar filed a counter-affidavit. Paragraph No. 12 of the said counter-affidavit reads as follows: “12. In reply to Para No.8 of the affidavit, it is submitted that the petitioner’s subject land extents inSy.Nos.324 Ac.19.40 and Sy.No.296-4 extent Ac.3.59 of Kondurvillage of Lepakshi Mandal were kept in free hold by mistake due to submission of report by the then 3rd respondent and there is no willful violation of statutory instructions. The ownership, possession and right of the petitioners is not disturbed by the respondents. The allegations putforth by the petitioner against the respondents is not tenable.” 4. In view of the submissions made by the Tahsildar, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.2 3 and 3 to make necessary corrections in Column No.6 of the online Adangal/1B by deleting the erroneous entry “Assigned Land made Freehold” and substitute the same with “patta land” in the names of the petitioners, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
