RDER: The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1, 3, 4 and 6 in crime No.126 of 2025 at Alipiri Pol-Ice Station, Tirupathi Distr-lot, reg'lstered under sections 109(1 ),115(2) r/w 3(5) of B.N.S. 2. Heard learned COunSel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. 3. Case of the Prosecution, in brief, iSthat, the COmPlainant'lS a real estate businessman and the lst ward President Of a POlit-lCal Party. He was participating in srirama Navami Process-Ion in Karnammlttur along with other villagers. while the procession was going ln front of the house of the accus¢--.,d, Al and his father Who iS A2 allegedly sprinkled red chilli powder on the complainant and threw crackers at him. A1 S=-_ --32i-.- es'?I stabbed the complainant on his back with an intentio'n to kill him and caused bleeding injuries. At that time, the complainantJs brother arrived to the spot to save him, but Al to A6 assaulted them indiscriminately with their hands. Basing on the complaint of the complainant, the crime was registered and investigated into. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit-that A2 and A5 in this crime were granted bail by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirupat-I on yesterday and they were released from judicial custody and prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the crime was registered on 21.4.2025. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there are allegations against Al only and there are no specific allegations against the other accused. lt is further submitted that the commotion in the village occurred on 18.4.2O25 during Sriramanavami festival. Con-`3idering the Said fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A3, A4 and A6. 7. Accordingly, the petitioners/A3, A4 and A6 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Alipiri Police Station, I =_a Tirupathi D'lstr-lct W-lthin a Per'lOd Of two (02) weeks from the date Of receipt of a copy of the order and on their surrender, the petitioners shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand Only) each With two Sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses.
