1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking following relief:-
“It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to quash the criminal prosecution vide Criminal Case No. 5165/2021, registered before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bilaspur, and Final Report No.51/2021, Annexure-A/1, registered at P.S - Mahila Thana, Bilaspur in the interest of justice. Any other
order that may be deemed fit and just on the fact and circumstances of the case may also kindly be passed in the interest of justice.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Case No. 5165/2021, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court.
