Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.139 of 2015, under Section 342, 323, 366A, 372, 373, 376D, 109 IPC, Section 3/4 of POCSO Act & Section 3(2)va of SC/ST Act, P.S. Kotwali Beekapur, District Ayodhya/Faizabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that the applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 29.01.2016. Subsequently, he could not appear for trial as he was not informed about the dates by the counsel. He undertakes to cooperate with trial. 4. In view thereof, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Sanjay be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two fresh sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Anand Dubey, Vibhanshu Shekhar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
