Heard Shri Ganesh Nath Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This petition was filed on 20.12.2019 when certain incidents took place as have been alleged in the writ petition. 3. We have perused the relief clause. 4. A short counter affidavit has been filed mentioning therein the action taken including lodging of FIR etc. We are also aware that several FIRs were filed, orders for recovery were also passed, which led to further litigation in the matter before this Court. With passage of time, this petition has become infructuous. In any case, if the petitioner is aware of the facts and incidents, he can take such action, as may be permissible in law. We see no reason to proceed any further in this PIL. 5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
