It is stated that this Court vide the aforesaid order had granted bail to the applicant, but in the order so passed, the Special (POCSO) Case No. 22/2018 before the Special Judge, POCSO, Cachar, Silchar was omitted to be mentioned because of which the order granting bail would not be effective. 3. Having perused the aforesaid order, the same is modified by adding the words “in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 22/2018 before the Special Page No.# 3/3 Judge, POCSO, Cachar, Silchar”, after the 4th paragraph in the 3rd page of the order beginning with the words “The applicant” and ending with the words “Cachar, Silchar”. 4.
