Heard Ms. Saloni Kashyap, the counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.220 of 1990 under section 302, 394, 411 IPC, P.S. Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow. 3. In terms of the FIR, it was alleged that the accused persons had booked a car and subsequently, the driver of the car was murdered and thrown in the bushes and on 06.07.1990, the vehicle was recovered and thereafter the applicant was linked with the offence in question. The applicant is aged about 90 years and is in custody since 23.02.2024. 5. Considering the age of the applicant alone, the applicant is entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Tejai @ Tej Bahadur be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Anil Kumar Nishad, Sheshnath Bhardwaj Advoc Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
