This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has prayed for the following substantial relief(s): "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. Parties concerned to take the necessary action regarding the grievances of the petitioner raised in the application dated 19.05.2025 as contained in Annexure No 1 to this writ petition and protect the land of share of petitioner gata no. 6613/1.3770 hectare situated at village Ghuswa Mauja Paska Pargana Gwarich Tehsil colonelganj, District-Gonda and also protect the life and personal liberty as well as harassment and torture of the petitioner from the land grabbers and Bhumafias and also take the necessary action against them in accordance with law in the interest of the justice. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. Parties concerned to consider and decide the application dated 19.05.2025 of petitioner as contained in Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice." 3. The petitioner is directed to make an application under Anti Bhu Mafia Portal and if such an application is made within a week, the respondent Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Suraj Singh Visen Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ram Baran .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue U.P. Lko.
