In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided in the light of judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Shiv Autar Sharma & Ors. versus State of U.P. & Ors., Writ A No.810 of 2024 in case the same is applicable within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
