Page No.# 2/2 Ms. Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in this bail application, the name of the father of the accused No.1 is shown as Ainul Bepari in place of Aijul Bepari. The said error is stated to be a clerical/typographical error and the same stands corrected, thereby allowing this interlocutory application.
