The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not paying salaries to the petitioners engaged by the respondent No.6 as shift operators in 33/11 K V substation APEPDCL S.Mulapalem, Ainavilli Section, Amalapuram Sub-division, East Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary and one without jurisdiction and consequently, direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to continue the petitioners as shift operators as per the appointments made by the respondent No.6 by releasing the salaries.”
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 30.08.2019, Petitioners are continued in service and that the respondent authorities also paid salaries

due to the Petitioner and that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
3. Sri Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, the Writ Petition may be disposed of.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
