He submits that apart from Badarpur Police Station Case No.149/2025, no other case is pending against the petitioner in the said Police Station. He has also produced a copy of the said report. Let the report be kept in the record after marking the same as “X”. Since the petitioner has already been granted projection in Badarpur Police Station Case No.149/2025, the apprehension of his getting arrest in some other case is without any basis and therefore, this Anticipatory Bail is dismissed.
