Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "(i) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding opposite parties no. 4 and 5 to produce the detenues, namely Smt. Gudiya, Miss Roma, and Master Anuj Kumar, before this Hon'ble Court and to set them at liberty to go wherever they wish." On account of some formal defects crept in the petition, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the petition to the learned counsel for the petitioners as per rules.
