Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay the minimum of pay scale that is being paid to similarliy situate regular employees performing the same work according to the 7th Pay Commission to the petitioners, in the interest of justice. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority who shall consider and decide the same in the light of judgment rendered by Sabha Shankar Dube v. Divisional Forest Officer and others reported in (2019) 12 SCC 297 within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority. 4.
