Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to approve and release regular pension and other retiral dues/benefits to the petitioner along with interest as payable. ii.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to provide the service book and other as payable to the petitioner consequent to his retirement 3.
