None is present on behalf of the petitioners, whereas learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel for the respondent No.4 are present. 3. The present petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the F.I.R. dated 13.09.2025 lodged at Police Station Inayatnagar, District Ayodhya, which was registered as F.I.R. No.0465/2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 309(6) B.N.S." 4. Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 informs that there is criminal history of three cases against the petitioners, which has not been disclosed rather it has been stated that there is no criminal history. 5. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 10.10.2025 received from Sri Amar Bahadur Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station Inayatnagar, District Ayodhya, submits that Section 309(6) B.N.S. has been dropped out during investigation and in remaining offences, the punishment carries less than seven years' imprisonment, therefore, the F.I.R. is not required to be quashed. He further submits that after conclusion of investigation in impartial manner, the police report shall be submitted. The said instructions are taken on record.
