HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW APPEAL UNDER SECTION 37 OF ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION ACT 1996 No. - 89 of 2023 Chief Justice's Court HON'BLE ARUN BHANSALI, CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. 1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that on account of passage of time, the appeal has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the appellant was dismissed and the agreement, against revocation whereof the said application was filed, itself has come to an end by efflux of time on 31.03.2024. 2. None is present for the appellant in the revised list as well. 3. It appears that the appellant has lost the interest in the appeal, the same is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
