The respondent has filed main Original Petition for custody of the minor child and thereafter, the said petition has been disposed of on 24.04.2025. During the pendency of this application, as per the order of this Court, the amount of Rs.38,019/- was deposited by the respondent and now, the applicant wanted to withdraw the amount and hence, this application is filed by the applicant. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. As per the compromise, the applicant is entitled to withdraw the amount which was already deposited by the respondent. 4. In view of the above compromise and submissions, this application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.38,019/- (Rupees thirty eight thousand and nineteen only).
