Heard Mr.M.S.Swathishkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3. The petitioner is claiming right over the subject property by virtue of the Will executed by her mother dated 05.01.2019. The representation made by the petitioner seeking for patta in her name was not considered and hence the present writ petition has been filed before this court. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the respondent along with all the necessary particulars. On receipt of the same, the application shall be acted upon and an enquiry shall be conducted by the respondent by issuing notice to the other legal heirs.
