[2] This present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: “ⅰ) Issue notice upon the Respondents; ii) Admit this Writ Petition; iii.Call for the records; iv) Issue Rule, calling upon the Respondents to show cause as to why a Writ in the nature of Mandamus shall not be issued for directing them to open the National Scholarship Portal and to allow the Petitioner to submit the On-line Renewal Application for Ishan Uday Special Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern Region for the Year 2024-2025; v) Pass any other/ Others reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.” [3] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 30.05.2025 addressed to respondent No.3 ventilating his grievances but till date the petitioner herein has not got any positive response from the concerned respondent. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to consider the representation dated 30.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner at the earliest, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law.
