Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received from Sri Uday Bhan Yadav, Sub-inspector, police station Uchauliya, district Kheri submits that the victim was recovered and after recording her statement under Section 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. she was produced before the Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhimpur Kheri and as per direction of the board she was lodged in New Aasha Child Home(Balika) Aashirwad Trust, Gudamba, Mishrpur Chauraha, Kursi road, Lucknow on 29.5.2024 and charge-sheet no. 92 of 2024 dated 29.05.2024 has been filed against the accused Savnur son of Ayyoob and names of other petitioners have been dropped, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy. A copy of the instructions is taken on record. 5. Dismissed accordingly.
