Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Ms Alia Ikram holding brief of Shri Mohd. Waris Farooqui, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 15.11.2024 bearing no.699 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Madiaon, District Lucknow. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 10.11.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-SA-1 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 24.11.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 24.11.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 02.12.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondent no.4. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent no.4 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed.
