Petitioner is serving as TGT at GHS Kishori u/c GSSS Triloknath, district Lahaul & Spiti, H.P. His grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid hard and tribal area, he preferred representation on 11.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2, seeking his 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - transfer to a station of his choice. Petitioner’s grievance is that his aforesaid representation has not been decided by the competent authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of three weeks from today.
