HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 12445 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties 1 to 9. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite parties 10, 11, and 12 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed challenging inquiry report dated 13th May 2005 pertaining to complaints being made with regard to income certificates of certain candidates for the post of Anganwadi workers. 3. It is quite apparent from the relief sought itself that an inquiry report is under challenge without any final orders being passed till date. 4. It is thus evident that petition has been filed only on the basis of recommendation and apprehension. 5. In view thereof, the petition not being maintainable is dismissed particularly since no ground with regard to lack of jurisdiction has been taken. 6. Liberty however is granted to the petitioner to approach this court again in case any orders adverse to her is passed.
