We are of the view that the petitioner approached this Court very late in the day and, in any case, the remedy for the petitioner would lie under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 4. In light of the same, this writ petition is not maintainable before this Court and the same is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate court for redressal of his grievances.
