Heard Sri Pintoo, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vikas Rai, the learned counsel for the State and Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, Advocate who has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite parties no.2, 3 and 4 and filed his vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has challenged the validity of an order dated 20.09.2025, passed by the Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority in Case No.1720 of 2025, under Section 27(2) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 and the order dated 27.03.2025, passed by the opposite party no.4 in Case No.602 of 2024, under Section 27 (1) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. 3. The petitioner has got a remedy of filing a revision under Section 41 of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 available to him and therefore there is no ground to entertain this petition. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to file a revision under Section 41 of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 before the State Government.
