By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 to conclude the investigation of F.I.R. No. 0153/2023, Police Station Baundi, District Bahraich and submit the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. expeditiously. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, states that in this matter investigation is nearly completed and the police report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. will be submitted within a week. In view of the above, list this case in next week." 4. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions dated 29.5.2024 received from IO Sri Satya Prakash Yadav, Crime Branch, District Bahraich, a copy of which has been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that Final Report No. B-11 dated 23.5.2024 has been filed in the court on 27.5.2024, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
