CMP No.15748 of 2025 By way of this application, a prayer has been made for release of the amount deposited by respondent No.3, in terms of order dated 10.05.2023 passed by the National Lok Adalat, on the basis of settlement between the parties. Registry has reported that a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- has been deposited. Learned counsel for the non- applicant/respondent No.3 has no objection in granting the prayer. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The amount of Rs.2,50,000/- lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant along-with up-to-date interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to his bank account details of which have been annexed as Annexure A-1 along-with the application, after due verification.
