Ms. Meena Shastri, Advocate who was appearing for respondent No.1would submit that initially, the petitioner moved an application for substitution of legal representatives of respondent No.1 and thereafter, an application was moved to withdraw that application. She would further submit that respondent No.1 is survived by legal representatives but -2- necessary steps have not been taken by the petitioner in this regard. 2. Mr. Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an application for substitution of legal representatives of respondent No.1 was moved on 04.02.2025 but on instructions, an application has been moved on 05.02.2025 to withdraw that application. 3. In the present case, an award has been passed against the petitioner and in favour of the deceased respondent. The petitioner has decided not to move an application for substitution of legal representatives of respondent No.1 and thus, the petition stands abated and consequently dismissed.
